Elizabeth Newhart Coaching

Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth is an accomplished executive coach with more than 20 years of experience as a Human Resources leader. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for fostering meaningful connections—whether recruiting top talent, advising on complex employee matters, or developing strategies to keep teams engaged.

That focus on connection has been a consistent thread in her work and ultimately led her to coaching, where she helps individuals and leaders build clarity, confidence, and stronger, more effective relationships.

Background & Education

Elizabeth began her career in Human Resources within the financial services industry, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership coaching, talent management, and HR strategy. She later launched her own HR consulting practice, partnering with organizations across the country to solve complex recruiting and talent challenges.

In 2015, Elizabeth founded Elizabeth Newhart Coaching to support individuals seeking greater clarity and direction in their careers. She also joined Bravanti (formerly BPI Group) as an Executive Coach where she worked with leaders across industries on a wide range of leadership challenges and transitions.

Currently, Elizabeth is the Head of HR at Shaker Recruitment Marketing, where she focuses on attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent while coaching organizational leaders to perform at their best.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is a graduate of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).

Outside of her professional work, Elizabeth enjoys staying active, spending time in nature, and creating meaningful connections with family and friends. She’s an avid reader, a fan of pizza and movie nights, and loves baking chocolate chip cookies. She is also actively involved in her community, volunteering with the Associate Board of Sarah’s Inn, supporting veterans in career transition through Code Platoon, and raising awareness and funds for Cycle for Survival.
