Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth is an accomplished coach and HR consultant. She has spent the last 15 years working in Human Resources, gaining inspiration and a sense of purpose from forming connections. Whether it’s been recruiting great people, providing counsel on employee matters, or identifying strategies to keep employees engaged, connection has always emerged as the foundation to her success and is what ultimately led her down the path to coaching.

Background & Education

Elizabeth started her Human Resources career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago where she gained world-class exposure to Leadership Coaching, Talent Management and HR strategy. After leaving the Fed, she started her own consulting business working with clients across the country solving unique recruiting challenges. It wasn’t long until Elizabeth was called back to Financial Services, taking on the responsibility for building out the Talent Acquisition and Development functions in a “startup-like” environment. Most recently, Elizabeth worked in both the Real Estate and Healthcare sectors as an HR Consultant.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Go Badgers!). In addition, she is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

In her spare time, Elizabeth can be found running (mostly after her three children), enjoying life’s simple pleasures with her family (pizza and movie night, a hike through the woods, reading a great book) or sharing connection, laughter and wine with her friends. Elizabeth volunteers with Code Platoon, coaching veterans in career transition to achieve success, and is a supporter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Connection is Everything

Elizabeth has a unique perspective to offer her clients, she gets it because she’s most likely been there. She’s had to connect to her brave on countless occasions which is why she’s eager to coach others to do the same.  She knows what’s possible.

On a Personal Note

Elizabeth understands the challenges working moms face as they attempt to “do and have it all.”  She gets the competing priorities, schedule juggling, personal and professional struggles that women encounter as they try to balance their family and career in a way that best serves them.  Elizabeth is very passionate about empowering women, helping them get clear on their values and motivators and create a brave path that follows suit.

I’d love to learn more about your story.  Let’s connect!
